- Remember to celebrate wins - Even if they are small things, put celebrations in the agenda
- Make it actionable - Keep an eye on important action items that are coming out.
- Don’t make it personal - This is not about giving performance reviews to people. When discussing failures, remember that this meeting should only be used to learn from them. Give negative feedback in a 1 on 1 meeting.
